Shipping & Delivery of Products

The available shipping methods are:

• Pick up from our store Zofori, Municipality of Minoa Pediada, no extra charge
• Shipping by courier with charges as described below.

For shipment by Courier there is a shipping charge of 3 € for parcels up to 2 kg for the city of Heraklion. For each extra kilo there is 1 € (including VAT) extra charge per kilo.

For cash on delivery there is an extra cost of 4 € per order.

FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER 50 €

SHIPPING COST for orders with weight (real or volumetric *) more than 10 kg, are charged with shipping costs based on weight, which you will be informed during the order completion process.

Orders weighing (actual or volumetric *) greater than 10 kg are charged with the shipping costs based on weight, for which they will be informed during the order completion process.  

* The volumetric weight (in kilograms) is calculated by multiplying the dimensions of the package (length X width X height) in cm and dividing by 5,000.
